Each state has a "statute of limitations", or deadline by which injuries by the party must file a medical malpractice lawsuit. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to recover the compensation that your family needs and deserves. If your baby was injured and you are considering filing a claim, do not delay. Reach out to one of our birth injury attorneys as soon as possible. Call our toll free number at (888) 987-0005 or fill out our contact form below.
